Head of Channel Partnerships

The Mission

Being honest: the "final mile" delivery in logistics is a mess of technical bottlenecks and fragmented networks. Most companies just accept it; Synkka is deleting the problem entirely.

You’re joining a team building the AI-native infrastructure that allows global vendors to design and deploy delivery networks using AI & human language. One year in, the tech is already supporting some of the world’s largest brands. Now, the engine needs more fuel, and that’s where you come in.

The Role: Architect of the Ecosystem

This isn't a "check-in on existing accounts" kind of job. You are the high-energy relationship builder responsible for securing the supply-side partners that make our AI-driven promise a reality.

You’ll spend your time as the face of the company at global events, turning "chats" into high-stakes commercial partnerships. If you have the executive presence to engage a CEO and the technical curiosity to grill a CTO, you’ll fit right in.

Your Priorities:

  • Finding Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and securing the vendors that Merchants actually use. You know how to navigate a company to reach the decision-makers who matter.
  • High-Stakes Networking: Representing the brand at global conferences. You don't just attend events; you engage the room and leave with strong follow ups.
  • Ecosystem Validation: Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in London and Poland to ensure the partner network is ready for scale.
  • Moving Fast: In this environment, momentum is everything. If you prefer a slow-burn corporate pace, this will be a shock to the system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Are You the One?

You don't need a 20-page playbook; we'll build it with you as things scale.

  • The Connector: You have a track record in Partnerships, Enterprise Sales or Product within Logistics. You thrive in high-pressure social environments and actually enjoy the intensity of the travel circuit.
  • The Translator: You can explain Synkka to a non-technical COO just as easily as you can discuss API bottlenecks with an engineer.
  • The Outcome-Obsessive: You’re motivated by results (new partners signed), not by how many meetings are on your calendar.
  • AI-Native: You’re genuinely excited about a future with "limited humans in the loop" and want to build the infrastructure that makes it happen.

Why Bet on Synkka?

  • Founding-Stage Impact: You aren't a cog in a machine. You’re helping to rewrite the tech stack for a £50B+ industry.
  • Elite Company: Work alongside a concentrated group of experts in AI and logistics across Europe.
  • Autonomy by Default: High-trust, hybrid, and flexible. You’re expected to deliver, but how and where you do it is up to you.
  • Zero Fluff: No 9-to-5 boredom here. This is about building the future of physical goods movement.

The team is ambitious, and values candour. If you’re looking for a traditional account management / partner management role, this might not be a fit. But if you want ownership and your fingerprints all over the next generation of global logistics.

Let’s talk.
