Your Role: As the Head of Waste and Circularity, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our waste reduction and resource recovery strategies. You will lead our Circularity Programme, focusing on driving efficiencies, fostering relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your visionary leadership will inspire teams across our organisation to innovate and engage in sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities Include: Vendor Management: Lead the RFP process for waste management vendors, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met. Programme Development: Design and implement our UK & IE Circularity Programme, focusing on innovative recycling systems and closed-loop solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving awareness of our circularity initiatives. Data Governance: Establish best practices for tracking programme progress, measuring impact, and reporting insights. Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are: A seasoned people leader with extensive experience in sustainability or waste management An expert in waste valuation methodologies and recycling systems, combined with a strong understanding of data governance. A persuasive communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills who can influence and connect with stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker and problem-solver focused on delivering innovative solutions and improved processes.
