Head of Cleaning Operations
Location: London
Salary: £65,000– £70,000 (doe) + Benefits

The Opportunity
You'll lead the operational delivery of our cleaning portfolio in London and beyond, working closely with clients, colleagues and frontline teams to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Coach and develop managers

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a proven operational leader with significant experience within the commercial cleaning industry.
You'll have:
- Experience managing multiple client sites across London
- A track record of developing high-performing operational teams
- Strong commercial awareness, including mobilisation, costing and organic growth
- The confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A hands-on leadership style and the credibility to support your teams whenever needed
- A passion for continuous improvement and raising operational standards
