Head Of Client Experience – Ferrari Leeds
At JCT600 Ferrari Leeds, we're creating a brand-new senior leadership role with one clear objective: to shape and grow the future Ferrari client portfolio.
This is not a traditional automotive sales or marketing role. We're looking for an exceptional commercial leader who can combine client development, strategic partnerships, marketing and world-class experiences to build lasting relationships and drive long-term growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you'll lead the client development, marketing and experience strategy for Ferrari Leeds, working closely with Ferrari North Europe, JCT600 Luxury and Group Marketing.
As Head Of Client Experience, Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Developing and growing Ferrari Leeds' future client portfolio through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
- Building trusted relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, creating long-term commercial opportunities.
- Leading the dealership's marketing, client experience and CRM strategy, using data and insight to identify future Ferrari clients.
- Creating influential partnerships with luxury brands, private member clubs and professional networks to expand client communities.
- Designing exceptional events and experiences that strengthen client engagement and support business growth.
- Leading and developing the marketing and experience teams while collaborating with Ferrari North Europe and colleagues across the JCT600 Luxury Division.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
