About Movemeon
Movemeon is the leading Executive Search, Consulting and Talent business in the Strategy and Transformation space. Founded by ex-McKinsey consultants, we've built a network of over 100,000 ex-strategy consultants (45% ex-McKinsey, BCG and Bain), 70% of whom have 5–10+ years of operating experience. We partner with leading PE funds, including Bain Capital, Advent and KKR, to drive the delivery of Transformation and Value Creation Plans across their portfolios. Private Equity is 60% of our business, our fastest-growing segment, and where we're investing most. We've supported over 200 PE funds globally from Large Caps through to Family Offices across Executive Search, Consulting, Interim and Teams. Our proprietary technology platform gives us a genuine competitive advantage in how we identify, access and assess talent. We operate globally from offices in London, New York and Sydney.
The Opportunity
Own and build a practice, not just join one.
Interim demand from PE funds has grown faster than any other part of our business over the last two years. We've established the client relationships, the delivery infrastructure, and the talent network. What we need now is the right person to take ownership and scale it. If you're currently on a team where your ceiling is someone else's career progression, this is the move. You'll have real autonomy, meaningful commercial upside, and the backing to build something significant.
The Role
As Head of Client Growth - Private Equity, you will own and drive the growth of our Interim PE practice across EMEA, working closely with our Search Director and Consulting Director. You'll have full support from our Interim Success (delivery) team on fulfilment, while you focus on client relationships and mandate origination.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
