Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Head of Client Services to lead our talented team in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. This role is based on a hybrid working model, with two days a week in-office in Leatherhead and three days working from home. You’ll be joining a well-established team with a strong foundation, ready for its next phase of growth and innovation.

- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding client service
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Play a key role in shaping our client service strategy, driving growth, and enhancing our client offerings
- Champion operational excellence and compliance to maintain our reputation for best-in-class solutions

About You
We’re looking for:
- Leadership experience in the insurance industry or a specialist market
- The ability to build trust and credibility with clients, colleagues, and partners
- A data-driven approach to managing performance and achieving results
- A commitment to Gallagher’s values of Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork, and Client Service
- ACII/FCII qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
- Eligibility to work in the UK
