About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Client Services to join our team. This role is a blend of day-to-day team management and leadership within outbound conversion operations across London and Peterborough.
Reporting to our COO, you will focus on converting leads, coaching our Client Services team, and enhancing customer engagement standards across the company. Your achievements will be measured by conversion success and the growth of the team under your leadership, not just volume.
Key Responsibilities
Activity Management
• Ensure daily outbound efforts are energized, and enquiries from prospective home sellers are evaluated efficiently with a high-touch, consultative approach. • Proactively drive operational performance to support meeting corporate growth targets.
Team Development & Leadership
• Mentor, manage, and develop a team of 8 direct reports (with responsibility for a larger group of 35 team members spread across London and Peterborough). • Cultivate a supportive, accountable culture where employees are empowered and driven to excel in their roles.

Conversion Excellence
• Set and maintain high standards for lead responses, performance consistency, and target accomplishment across both operational locations. • Continuously refine.team workflows and improve response times, efficiency, and conversion quality.
Performance & Stakeholder Liaison
• Use data-driven insights to influence team decision-making, fine-tune activity, and ensure consistent improvements. • Represent the Client Services department to senior leadership in discussing trends, volume risks, and performance insights. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Tech to optimize enquiries and make cross-departmental processes seamless.

Core Requirements
• Proven leadership experience: Direct experience in high-volume, outbound-driven conversion functions, with strong track records of achieving KPIs. • A people-first motivator: Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and create an environment where team members are driven and engaged. • Consultative mindset: Ability to balance implementation with empathy—driving growth without compromising customer service. • Data-driven coaching: Confidently analyze performance dashboards to identify trends, address issues, and guide team improvement effectively. • Balanced mindset: Comfortable engaging directly with daily operational bottlenecks and delivering long-term career support to team members.
