About United Media

United Media specialises in building large-scale media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. Currently, we organically launched 8 media companies and have acquired 1, including:

  • Presidents Summit
  • Private Equity Insights
  • HRtechX
  • CFO Insights
  • Retail Insights
  • SetSales

Context for the Role

Join a dynamic team shaping the company’s client success strategy and scaling operations at an ambitious early-stage business. This newly created role reports directly to the Founder/CEO and offers the opportunity to:

  • Lead a high-performing team in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Directly influence company expansion by driving client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Become an integral part of the leadership team while working closely with founders.

You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing client success and operations frameworks that support continuing growth.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Growth

  • Head up a client success and operations team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and mentor team members for long-term success.
  • Scale the client success function during high-growth phases, ensuring seamless service expansion.
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach across all departments.

Process & Efficiency

  • Develop cross-departmental processes to improve operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Implement automation and best-practice frameworks to streamline workflows.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founders, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • Integrate a product-led approach to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience.
  • Oversee internationalisation of client success operations for market expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience leading client success, operations, sales, or growth teams.
  • Proven ability to scale teams and processes within startup or enterprise contexts.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in tools like CRM, customer feedback systems, and automation platforms.
  • A passion for people development and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer-centric operations expansion.

Start Date

Flexible – Open to immediate or mutually agreed-upon timing.

Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday at our onsite office—remote collaboration is not currently available.
