About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Auxillis and Northgate Insurance Services in a key Senior Leadership Team position, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
As Head of Collections, you will lead the end-to-end recovery of credit hire, credit repair and associated losses from at-fault third-party insurers. Combining strategic leadership with operational excellence, you will take ownership of recovery performance, insurer relationships, litigation strategy and cash collection outcomes across the business.
Leading a team of managers and specialists, you will drive improvements in cash collection, reduce aged debt, optimise recovery processes and strengthen relationships with insurers, claims management companies and legal partners. You will play a pivotal role in shaping recovery strategy, influencing commercial outcomes and ensuring the business remains at the forefront of industry best practice.

- Salary - Competitive salary based on experience, plus annual bonus and company car.

About You
We're looking for an experienced operational leader with significant expertise within credit hire, insurance recoveries, motor claims or a related environment.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience leading collections, recoveries, claims settlement or credit hire operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of the credit hire and insurance recovery market.
- A proven track record of improving cash collection performance and reducing aged debt.
- Experience building and managing senior insurer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience overseeing litigation strategies and working closely with legal partners.
- The ability to lead and develop high-performing teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at senior leadership level.
