Head of Commercial, Pricing & Proposition
We are looking for a Head of Commercial, Pricing & Proposition to define and execute our revenue strategy, optimize pricing models, and drive business growth. This role is at the core of our expansion, shaping market positioning, maximizing profitability, and ensuring our go-to-market strategies deliver strong commercial outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, understands telecom and digital pricing models, and can align business, product, and marketing teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement a scalable commercial strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market penetration.
- Define and refine our business model, ensuring strong value propositions for different customer segments.
- Work cross-functionally to align commercial objectives with marketing, sales, and product roadmaps.
- Identify and establish high-value partnerships with network providers, technology partners, and distribution channels to optimize margins.
- Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting to ensure commercial viability.
- Own and drive commercial analytics to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and customer experience based on data-driven insights.

Pricing & Market Positioning
- Develop a competitive pricing strategy that balances profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to refine pricing models and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Lead pricing experiments, including promotions, introductory offers, and bundling strategies, to drive market penetration.
- Ensure pricing is optimized across multiple sales channels, including direct-to-consumer, partner platforms, and B2B distribution.
- Oversee profitability analysis, cost reporting, and data-driven insights to refine pricing and commercial strategies.
Leadership & Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of pricing strategies and revenue-driving activities.
- Lead negotiations with key partners, ensuring cost efficiency and strong commercial agreements.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and growth.

What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue management within telecom and eSIM.
- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills, particularly with network providers and technology partners.
- Proven expertise in pricing strategy, monetization, and business model development.
- Strong analytical mindset—ability to interpret data, market insights, and financial reporting to drive decisions.
- Experience working with B2C pricing models in Telecom and leading go-to-market strategies.
- Background in scaling commercial operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
