Description
We’re hiring a Head of Commercial Finance – Complementary Products who will take ownership of activities related to Complementary Commercial Business Units (Reading Cloud, Library Management Cloud & Unit-e) for ParentPay Group.
You will play a pivotal role between finance and operational teams focusing on Business Unit financial performance, planning, analysis and partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across our Complementary Commercial Business Units
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with financial targets
- Take ownership of contract analysis, financial management, sales reporting, planning and queries
- Providing financial support for Complementary Commercial BU specific contracts and projects
- Drive cost efficiencies by identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Present financial performance and variance analysis to support strategic decision making
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- You will have proven experience (3+ years PQE) working as a Finance Business Partner/ 2-3 years PQE in management accounting or FP&A
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies is highly desirable
- Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Professional Accounting qualification (ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate across functions (sales, technology, product, service)
- Expertise in accounting and financial modelling
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, analytical mindset and proactive problem solving
