Commercial Finance Lead – Revenue Management
This is a billion turnover FMCG business with an excellent opportunity for personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of Customer Cost & Value Models to support pricing, tenders, and commercial opportunities.
- Provide insightful analysis on market values, commodities, inflation, and product mix.
- Strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
- Challenge and support Commercial teams with clear, independent financial insight.
- Review trading agreements, promotions, and low-margin products to unlock margin improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and enhance commercial financial awareness.

Requirements & Skills
- CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong modelling and analysis skills.
- Confident in working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Excellent communicator able to explain numbers simply.
- Proactive, curious, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
- FMCG experience (desirable).
- Willingness to travel across sites.
