Commercial Finance Lead – Revenue Management

This is a billion turnover FMCG business with an excellent opportunity for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Customer Cost & Value Models to support pricing, tenders, and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide insightful analysis on market values, commodities, inflation, and product mix.
  • Strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
  • Challenge and support Commercial teams with clear, independent financial insight.
  • Review trading agreements, promotions, and low-margin products to unlock margin improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and enhance commercial financial awareness.

Requirements & Skills

  • CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong modelling and analysis skills.
  • Confident in working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Excellent communicator able to explain numbers simply.
  • Proactive, curious, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • FMCG experience (desirable).
  • Willingness to travel across sites.
