Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A

Rapid Scale-Up | Central London | Hybrid (4 Days) | £110,000 - £130,000 + Profit Share

This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of London's fastest-growing businesses at a really exciting stage of its journey.

The business has grown rapidly over the last few years and has ambitious plans for the future, supported by significant investment, a strong leadership team and continued investment in technology, AI and acquisitions.

As part of that growth, they're creating a brand-new Commercial Finance & FP&A function.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll have the opportunity to build the function from the ground up, helping shape how the business budgets, forecasts, analyses performance and supports strategic decision-making.

This isn't about maintaining an established finance function. It's an opportunity to build one that can support a business through its next phase of growth.

If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, partnering with senior stakeholders and building rather than maintaining, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll establish and lead the Commercial Finance & FP&A function, helping the business make smarter, faster commercial decisions as it continues to scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
