Head of Commercial Finance
Leeds (Hybrid) | £80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus
Are you a commercially minded finance leader who loves turning data into strategy? Do you thrive partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive growth?
We're recruiting a Head of Commercial Finance on behalf of a well-established, market-leading business, to join their FP&A team and play a pivotal role in shaping revenue strategy and performance.
About the role
This is a highly visible position working closely with Sales, Solutions and Finance Leadership. You'll take ownership of revenue planning, forecasting, analytics and strategic insight, bringing challenge and strategic thinking to accelerate growth. You'll transform how revenue forecasting is done, building and developing a high-performing team along the way.

What you'll do:
- Lead the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, delivering accurate, insightful projections
- Champion best practice and new tools to simplify and improve revenue models and forecasting accuracy
- Drive month-end reporting excellence, improving visibility through dashboards, KPIs and reporting packs
- Provide financial input and scenario modelling for commercial deals, supporting pricing decisions
- Act as a strategic partner across the wider business and Executive teams
- Manage and develop a team of senior finance professionals

What you'll bring:
- A qualified accountant with strong FP&A, commercial finance or revenue analytics experience in a complex / fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of revenue modelling, forecasting methodologies and key commercial metrics
- Experience implementing new forecasting tools and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders
- A growth mindset - someone who thrives on change and builds resilience within a team
