The brand has already built strong traction across UK grocery and wholesale channels with its range of all-natural, clean eating products. Listings are in place. Momentum is building. Now the focus shifts to acceleration, sharper execution, and smarter retail growth.

About the Role

This is a role with real weight. You will:

  • Work directly with the founders
  • Sit close to decision-making
  • Help shape how the business grows commercially—not from the sidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance strategy with execution daily, spanning:
    • Reviewing performance across Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose (or other key accounts)
    • Digging into rate of sale and promotional effectiveness
    • Collaborating on forecasting, pricing strategy, retail activation
  • Own key retailer relationships, developing joint business plans for better visibility, activation, and commercial returns
  • Support field sales activity and shape in-store execution
  • Build retailer-facing materials for campaigns
  • Address inefficiencies early and resolve them quickly
  • Lead European expansion planning over 12–18 months, engaging with wholesalers and distributors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
