Head of Commercial - The Karali Group
Up to £80,000
Based in our offices in Kensington and Heston
The Karali Group is looking for an ambitious, business-focused leader to join our senior team as Head of Commercial.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on turning strategy into results. You'll take ownership of our commercial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, strengthening partnerships, and working collaboratively across the business to maximise profitability and deliver sustainable success.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver the Group's 12-24-month commercial strategy, establishing clear revenue, profitability and channel growth objectives across restaurants, delivery, e-commerce, gift cards, events and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the commercial performance of all revenue streams, driving sustainable growth while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, pricing integrity and long-term value creation.
- Identify and maximise opportunities to grow the Group's delivery business, optimising partnerships with third-party platforms to enhance commercial performance, customer reach and operational efficiency.
- Drive the continued growth of our direct-to-consumer channels, including Côte at Home, Côte Uncorked, gift cards and experiences, improving customer acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value.
- Identify, evaluate and develop new commercial opportunities, including corporate partnerships, events, group bookings, B2B relationships, retail opportunities and strategic brand collaborations.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Digital teams to ensure commercial initiatives are effectively planned, executed and evaluated.
- Monitor and report on commercial performance, providing clear insight into revenue, profitability, pipeline, campaign effectiveness, risks and growth opportunities to support.
