Head of Commercial Property

East Midlands | Leading Regional Law Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and technically strong Commercial Property lawyer to step into a senior leadership role as Head of Commercial Property at a highly regarded regional firm in the East Midlands.

This position offers the chance to lead an established and well-performing team, with a strong existing client base and a broad commercial property offering already in place. It is an ideal role for a driven individual who is either already leading a team or is looking to take the next step into a leadership position.

The Role

As Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the firm's regional commercial property offering. You will oversee a varied caseload while providing strategic direction, mentoring team members, and supporting business development initiatives across the region.
