Bored Panda: Head of Commercial/Brand Partnerships
Bored Panda is a global leader in entertainment content, producing uplifting stories in 17 languages - from editorial to animation - for audiences of all ages. With 350+ creatives from 42 countries and two offices in Vilnius, Lithuania, we're on a mission to fight boredom at unprecedented scale.
You'll be joining boredpanda.com - a leading content publisher reaching millions of readers every month. As Head of Commercial/Brand Partnerships, your primary focus will be building and owning direct brand partnerships, creating a new commercial revenue stream from the ground up. You will own the full commercial cycle: identifying and approaching prospective partners, leading negotiations, closing agreements, and developing relationships that deliver long-term value for both sides. This is a role that demands equal parts commercial rigour and strategic vision - someone who can build a partnership pipeline from the ground up, while simultaneously shaping the processes, playbooks, and foundations that will define how this function scales. For the right person, it is also an opportunity to grow into leading the team around them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
