Attorize is looking for an experienced Head of Commercial – Legal to lead our commercial legal function and support the next phase of our growth.
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape commercial strategy, and provide practical legal guidance across a growing international business.

What You'll Do
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
- Structure and review complex commercial agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and manage legal and commercial risks.
- Partner with leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance across client engagements and commercial operations.

What We're Looking For
- LLB or equivalent law degree.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
