You’ll step into a highly visible, strategic role at the centre of Global Legal, partnering directly with senior leaders to shape and deliver communications for critical transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence how legal communicates and operates at scale, combining strategic storytelling with hands-on change delivery. You’ll gain exposure across senior stakeholders globally, while also leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to modernise communications and driver meaningful business impact. In this role you will: Lead and deliver strategic internal communications initiatives across Global Legal, aligning to business priorities and transformation agendas Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including Legal leadership, to shape messaging and drive engagement Support and enable strategic change and transformation programmes through effective communication strategies Drive innovation in communication strategies, including the use of AI and digital tools to enhance reach, efficiency, and impact Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on communication, engagement and organisational alignment Develop a bank-wide Legal narrative and story pipeline that showcases outcomes, customer impact, innovation Lead on measurement and insight for all Legal communications activity, defining success metrics, tracking performance, and using data and feedback to refine strategy To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven experience leading communications for Change and Transformation programmes within complex, global organisations Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that drive engagement and outcomes Experience operating in a fast paced, matrix environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities A forward-thinking mindset, with an interest in leveraging innovation and technology (including AI) to enhance communications Opening up a world of opportunity.
