Head of Compliance (SMF16)
A commercial insurance business in Surrey is seeking a Head of Compliance (SMF16).
The firm have experienced great success over recent years and you will join a motivated, friendly team.

- SMF16 Accountabilities and Regulatory Oversight
- Consumer Duty Oversight
- Operational Resilience Oversight
- Compliance Strategy and Advisory
- Conduct Risk, Culture and Governance
- Regulatory Change and Horizon Scanning
- Product, Pricing and Distribution Oversight
- Third Party and Outsourcing Compliance
- Compliance Monitoring, Controls and Assurance
- Data, MI and Reporting

- Senior compliance leadership experience within general insurance
- Experience operating credibly at Board, Committee and Executive level
- A proven track record of managing regulatory relationships
Package
- Base salary up to £100,000
- 25% bonus potential
- A significant LTIP
