Head of Compliance - SMF16/17
Head of Compliance – Europe – Fin Tech Broker (Expanding Rapidly)
About the Role
Cutting-edge FinTech Broker expanding rapidly across Europe is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to spearhead their Compliance function. Reporting directly to the European CEO, this pivotal role will drive the firm’s adherence to regulatory standards while supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory enquiries and! queries
- Oversee new product approvals and manage relevant committees
- Ensure compliance with MiFID II, MAD & MAR
- Head the implementation of a Monitoring Programme
- Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
- Manage regulatory reporting
- Lead ad-hoc Compliance projects as required

- A strong understanding of Retail Broker regulations
- Authority to spearhead regulatory compliance initiatives
- Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic, tech-led organisational setting
