This is an exciting time to join the business. Our client is looking for an exceptional Head of Consumer Growth to own and accelerate the entire customer growth strategy. This is far more than a performance marketing role.
You'll shape how customers discover the brand, build best-in-class acquisition and retention strategies, develop a market-leading loyalty proposition, unlock customer insight and drive sustainable, profitable growth across every stage of the customer journey.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Digital Director, you'll lead the entire Consumer Growth function across acquisition, CRM, retention, loyalty, customer insight, affiliates and paid media.
You'll inherit an established team, own significant budgets and work alongside senior leaders to shape the future of one of the UK's most exciting consumer brands.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity with visibility across the business and the freedom to influence strategy, investment and long-term commercial performance.
You'll Own
- Consumer growth strategy across the full customer lifecycle
- Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms
- CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer retention
- Loyalty strategy and customer lifetime value
- Customer insight, segmentation and research
- Affiliate partnerships and marketplace growth
- Commercial forecasting, budgeting and performance
- Building and developing an outstanding growth team
You'll work cross-functionally with Digital, eCommerce, Brand, Product, Retail, Finance and Data teams to ensure every customer decision is backed by insight and delivers measurable commercial value.

We're Looking For Someone Who...
Has built and scaled consumer growth for an ambitious DTC or omnichannel consumer brand.
You'll probably have experience in sectors such as:
- Beauty
- Wellness
- Lifestyle
- Luxury
- Consumer Goods
- Fashion
- Fragrance
- Subscription
- Premium Retail
You'll bring:
- Significant leadership experience across acquisition and retention
- Deep expertise in paid media and CRM
- Experience owning customer lifetime value and loyalty strategy
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- A passion for using data to unlock growth
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and shape business strategy
