The Role
NEOM is on a mission to supercharge the world's wellbeing, and our customers are at the heart of it. We're looking for a Head of Consumer Growth, based in London, to own how we find them, keep them, and grow with them.
This is a rare end-to-end brief: acquisition, retention, loyalty, lifetime value, and consumer insight, across every territory and channel. You'll set the strategy for recruiting the right customers, turning first purchases into lasting relationships, and building loyalty that compounds all grounded in a genuine understanding of who our customers are and what they need.

What You Will Do
- Own the multi-year consumer growth strategy across acquisition, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and LTV, aligned to the wider Digital and commercial plan, with KPIs and measurement frameworks built in throughout.
- Lead paid media and affiliates strategy, setting budget splits and CAC/ROAS efficiency targets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, and managing the in-house team and any agency relationships.
- Own TikTok Shop operations and the organic search agency relationship, extending remit into AEO and GEO as search behaviour evolves.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing, overseeing the CRM team to deliver personalized customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and direct mail that drive retention and repeat purchase.
- Own the loyalty programme, from proposition development through to roadmap, testing, and ongoing optimisation for engagement and LTV.
- Own customer insight and research, turning quant and qual findings into commercial recommendations and maintaining a single, well-governed view of the customer.
- Own the Consumer Growth P&L, managing budget and ROI and partnering with Finance and Digital leadership on customer and commercial forecasts.
- Lead and develop the team across paid media and CRM, setting priorities and quality standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in consumer growth, CRM, retention, or digital marketing leadership within a consumer brand, such as Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle, Fragrance, or adjacent, with a track record of driving LTV, retention, and loyalty performance at scale.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable translating data into commercial decisions, with the commercial fluency to own a P&L.
- Extensive experience managing paid media at scale (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest), including transitioning between agency and in-house delivery, and running affiliate programmes.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar), CDPs, and loyalty technology.
- A confident people leader, experienced in building and developing high-performing teams, with the stakeholder management skills to influence at senior and board level.
- Experience with influencer platforms such as Tano.ai, and a knack for turning emerging trends into content briefs that deliver measurable growth (desirable).
- Experience working across international or multi-market customer strategies (desirable).
- Experience building or evolving a loyalty programme from the ground up (desirable).
- Good knowledge of privacy and data regulation, including GDPR and CCPA (desirable).
- Degree-level education or an equivalent professional qualification (desirable).
