Key Responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale Zentiva’s Consumer Healthcare (CHC) strategy across Western Europe. As a regional leader, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—working closely with local market teams to unlock growth and drive measurable impact.

  • Define and drive the CHC strategy for Western Europe, ensuring alignment across markets and stakeholders
  • Establish go-to-market model and channel strategy with focus on customer centricity
  • Partner closely with country teams to assess and optimize go-to-market approaches and commercial execution
  • Establish frameworks and standard ways of working to enhance consistency and performance across markets
  • Identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and lead end-to-end implementation
  • Lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment, ensuring alignment and adoption across countries
  • Contribute to CHC portfolio expansion, including support for M&A opportunities in the region
  • Build the foundation for future regional capabilities (e.g., digital marketing, e-commerce) and evolve the Target Operating Model

Profile / Requirements

Must-have

  • Extensive experience in Consumer Healthcare and OTC, ideally within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven ability to combine strategy development with hands-on execution and delivery
  • Track record of building or scaling functions, processes, or capabilities from the ground up
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience improving go-to-market models and salesforce effectiveness
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver measurable results
  • Experience working across multiple markets and leading through influence in a matrix environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes
  • High energy, proactive approach, and strong ownership mentality
