About the Opportunity

My client is a successful and growing financial services organisation with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer experiences. They’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead multiple high-performing sales teams within a fast-paced contact centre environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader who enjoys developing people, driving commercial performance and influencing business-wide success.

As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of performance across multiple sales teams, ensuring ambitious targets are achieved while creating a culture built around accountability, coaching and customer outcomes.

Working as part of the senior leadership team, you’ll play an active role in shaping operational strategy, supporting business growth and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance across the wider operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines commercial focus with strong people management and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
