The Opportunity: We are seeking a senior manager responsible for the campaign execution and planning across bespoke client campaigns and audience-led premium content. This role owns delivery excellence, creative effectiveness and performance outcomes across all client campaigns, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards, on schedule and with measurable results. The Head of Content Campaigns executes campaigns against commercial objectives defined by clients, leads cross-functional execution and continuously improves how campaigns are produced, delivered and evaluated. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into standout content experiences that drive audience engagement and client value. This role reports into the Global Content Director, with input into product development. Gaming Digital leadership will own strategy, product development, pricing and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Campaign planning and execution • Lead end-to-end campaign development across formats and platforms • Briefs into campaign plans • Ensure all campaigns meet quality, brand and editorial standards • Oversee scheduling, workflow management and resource allocation across projects • Establish repeatable campaign processes and scalable delivery models Campaign planning and execution - ContentOS • Take ownership of audience-led content beats as part of year-long campaigns • Develop working relationships required for campaign delivery • Integrate client objectives into campaign frameworks, deliverables and timelines • Ensure all campaigns meet quality, brand and editorial standards Campaign performance and optimisation • Own campaign reporting, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis alongside marketing • Define success metrics and ensure every campaign is measurable and insight-driven • Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements for future campaigns • Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve content engagement and results • Partner with data teams to embed analytics into campaign planning and evaluation Video and multimedia leadership • Produce content using video and multimedia formats • Define best practices for scripted, interview, live and short-form video production • Work with production partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality visual content • Identify emerging video trends, platforms and storytelling techniques • Ensure video content aligns with audience behaviour and platform expectations AI-enabled content innovation • Champion the use of AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and performance • Identify opportunities for AI-assisted content production, research, scripting and optimisation • Establish and implement guidelines for responsible and effective AI use across campaign workflows • Test and evaluate new AI technologies that enhance content development and delivery Cross-functional collaboration • Work functionally to execute campaigns • Ensure campaign deliverables align with client expectations and strategic goals • Act as the central coordination point for campaign execution across departments • Provide campaign feasibility input during proposal and planning stages Team leadership • Manage, mentor and develop a team of campaign managers and freelance content specialists • Set clear performance expectations and development plans • Build a culture of accountability, creativity and continuous improvement • Act as key point of contact for commercial content freelancers, while building content campaigns team Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours: • Proven experience leading integrated content or marketing campaigns • Strong background in multi-channel storytelling and content formats • Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience working with video production or multimedia campaigns • Experience with on-camera presenting • Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation, research or optimisation • Strong analytical mindset and confidence using performance data • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills • Experience developing talent About Clarion Events Clarion Events is one of the world’s leading event organisers, producing and delivering innovative and market-leading events since 1947.
