🚨 Head of Content & Communications (Sr. Director / VP)
💰 $180,000-220,000 USD + Bonus + Equity
🌍 Remote (UK, Europe or East Coast US only)
I'm partnering with a high-growth global technology company on a genuinely exciting leadership opportunity.
This isn't a traditional Head of Content role.
It's not about managing an editorial calendar or chasing SEO rankings.
It's about shaping the narrative of a business that's determined to become one of the defining brands in its category.
You'll lead an established content and social function, build a modern PR capability, partner closely with founders and senior leadership, and create work that influences how the business is seen by customers, talent and the wider industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build a content engine people actively seek out.
- Shape founder and executive voices.
- Turn complex ideas into stories people genuinely remember.
- Launch campaigns that spark conversation.
- Build a PR function with influence, not just coverage.
- Help define what the next chapter of the brand looks like.
This is a hands-on leadership role. They're looking for an operator, not a manager of managers. Someone who enjoys writing, shaping ideas, building teams and rolling their sleeves up to make great work happen.

I'd especially like to hear from people who've helped build distinctive voices within modern SaaS or consumer tech businesses. You don't need to come from a traditional B2B content background. In fact, a fresh perspective is actively encouraged.
Beyond experience, they're looking for someone with high energy, high agency and the confidence to work directly with founders and senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.
If you've ever wanted the opportunity to shape the voice of a company, rather than simply create content for one, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
