We're hiring: HEAD OF CONTENT/SOCIAL MEDIA (Remote-Global)
We're looking for a Head of Content/Social Media to lead our global content strategy. A Head of Content is an expert in the pulse of the digital community, content culture, and audience attention.
You will lead the transition from a brand that "posts" content to a global media platform that commands authority. We are bold and ambitious; we aim to be the Shopify, Whop, or Coinbase of our industry, and we want you to lead that charge.
You are responsible for the entire content ecosystem of the company. From social media and viral content to creator partnerships, documentaries, YouTube series, podcasts, commercials, influencer campaigns, and brand storytelling, your role is to ensure every piece of content reinforces our position as the most recognizable brand in prop trading.
You are the lead strategist and the engine behind our organic growth. You will analyze market trends, competitor movements, platform shifts, and historical performance data to guide our team of content creators, graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and production partners to build legendary campaigns.
Your role is to make data-informed bets on content pillars, viral hooks, creator investments, and distribution strategies. You will take ownership of our digital footprint, ensuring that whether it’s a high-production documentary, a creator-led YouTube series, or a quick-strike AI meme, the brand looks like a billion-dollar fintech leader.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
This place isn’t for everyone, but it might be for you if...
YOU SET THE STANDARD
Creative Vision:
You are a creative brain yourself. You have the ability to consistently generate fresh concepts and content ideas ranging from high-converting commercials to engaging short-form videos, documentaries, creator-led content, and long-form storytelling.
The "Bar" for Content:
You have a background in investment, trading, financial services, media, content production, or a similarly fast-paced industry. You possess the obsessive curiosity needed to quickly master the prop-firm space and become an authority within it.
Global Coordination:
You thrive in a fully remote, global environment. You are comfortable coordinating with designers in India, creators in Europe, production agencies around the world, and executive leadership operating on a GMT-heavy schedule.
Ownership:
You resist the temptation to play victim. Instead, you take 100% ownership of outcomes, even when managing projects that involve multiple departments, vendors, agencies, creators, and time zones.
YOU ARE DRIVEN TO INCREASE VALUE
Systems Architect:
You are highly organized. You don't just manage content; you build scalable systems and workflows that ensure no content opportunity, production, or campaign falls through the cracks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
