Head of Corporate Fundraising - Prestigious National Charity - Kent Based / Hybrid Working - up to £55k + £3,500 car allowance + bonus scheme
We’re on the hunt for a commercially focused and results-driven Corporate Fundraising Manager, Director, or Head of to join a prestigious national charity in their offices in Kent as their Head of Corporate Fundraising.
With proven success in fundraising and strong leadership skills, you will lead a high-performing fundraising team, ensuring consistently high levels of engagement and delivery through strategic partnerships, account development, relationship management, and corporate supporter acquisition.
Your demonstrable success in corporate fundraising and your hands-on approach will ensure you and your team secure and grow high-value partnerships, actively raise the profile of campaigns, and build and grow a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
In a nutshell: we’re looking for a successful corporate fundraising professional, ideally with an Institute of Fundraising Certificate/Diploma, who has had demonstrable experience of successfully leading and mentoring a fundraising team that has successfully increased revenue generation through strategic process improvements. You will be hands-on, well organized, ambitious, driven to succeed, and will have a clear passion for the sector. In return, our client is offering a competitive basic salary + car allowance and a performance-related bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading a small, but successful corporate fundraising team
- Delivering to agreed corporate fundraising annual income targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, corporate supporters, commercial partners, and external organizations
- Securing and growing high-value partnerships to achieve and exceed income targets
- Producing tailored pitch proposals and preparing contracts and partnership agreements
- Overseeing operational processes ensuring compliance, governance, and continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports
- Actively raising the profile of major campaigns and attending networking, conferences, and industry events

What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable success in senior corporate fundraising roles
- Experience leading and managing a team of successful fundraisers
- Institute of Fundraising Certificate/Diploma is highly desirable
- Demonstrable expertise in increasing revenue generation and ideally securing high-value, 6-7 figure partnerships
- Experience building and managing a robust pipeline of high-value prospects including sound knowledge of managing CRMs
- Ability to design and deliver tailored partnership propositions
- Ability to compile compelling proposals, reports, papers, and management information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships at all levels
- Proven networking skills
- IT literate including MS Office, with knowledge of fundraising/CRM databases
- Strong business acumen
- Driven to succeed
- Full driving license
