Head of Corporate Sales
Urban Chic
London, UK or Abu Dhabi, UAE | Office or home-based | Full-time
Urban Chic is a premium serviced apartment brand operating across London and Abu Dhabi. We provide high-quality, design-led accommodation for corporate clients, relocation companies, and agency partners — and we're growing fast across both markets.
We're looking for a commercially driven Head of Corporate Sales to take ownership of our direct corporate channel and agency partnerships across the UK and UAE.
The Role
This is a senior, target-driven sales position with genuine commercial ownership across two dynamic markets. You'll be responsible for:
- Winning new direct corporate accounts — companies that need serviced accommodation for staff, contractors, and project teams — across both the London and Abu Dhabi portfolios
- Managing and developing our existing relationships with agency partners, relocation companies, and direct clients, ensuring continuity of revenue and a high standard of account management
- Introducing and activating new agency and booking platform partnerships to grow our indirect channel across both regions
- Building and maintaining a strong new-business pipeline, tracked and managed through our CRM
- Understanding the distinct seasonal and commercial dynamics of the UK and UAE markets and tailoring your approach accordingly
- Feeding market intelligence back into the business — competitor activity, client demand, sector trends, and channel performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
