Head of Corporate Sales & Events

London | Field-Based

Build the Next Growth Story

We're partnering with one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing premium food brands to appoint an ambitious Head of Corporate Sales & Events.

With an exceptional reputation, a loyal customer base and continued commercial success, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth. This newly created leadership role will spearhead the expansion of its corporate sales and events offering, creating a significant new revenue stream while shaping the future of the business.

If you're commercially driven, entrepreneurial and excited by the prospect of building something from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark.

The Opportunity

As Head of Corporate Sales & Events, you'll take full ownership of developing and growing the company's corporate business across London and beyond.

  • Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll create the commercial strategy, generate new business, build lasting client relationships and establish the foundations for a high-performing division.
  • This is not a role where you'll inherit an established department.
  • Instead, you'll have the autonomy to build the function, influence business strategy and create a scalable operation with genuine long-term growth potential.
  • As the business expands, you'll have the opportunity to recruit and lead your own team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
