About the Team

The Admin Services Commercial Team drives adoption of essential admin solutions for small business owners, including:

  • Subscription-based products (accounting, invoicing, expense/payroll management)
  • Company Formation / Secretariat Services

Core responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Product, Finance, and Business Insights teams to translate member insights into:
    • Strategic product enhancements
    • Compelling value propositions
    • Campaigns that boost engagement & retention

About the Role

We seek a commercial leader to drive revenue growth for Admin Services in the UK. This role will:

  • Minister at the intersection of business, product, and finance to optimize performance.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve revenue targets while increasing member lifetime value.
  • Examine investment opportunities through a data-driven lens to make insight-driven decisions.

Key Emphasis Areas:

1. Revenue Ownership & Strategy:

  • Partner with Finance to refine forecasts for Admin Services.
  • Proactively manage risks and opportunities via rigorous analysis.

2. Analytics-Driven Commercial Wayfinding:

  • Together with Business Intelligence (BI), break down member behavior.
  • Segment audiences and measure cohort performance, translating findings into:
    • Product roadmap priorities
    • Pricing strategies
    • Communication frameworks

3. Product Development & Coordination:

  • Align product initiatives with commercial objectives and member needs.
  • Label promotion efforts to enhance GTM (Go-To-Market) execution for new launches.

4. Launch & Program Development:

  • Design strategies for new product features via collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Host brainstorm sessions to brainstorm experiments & creative ideas.

5. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration:

  • An inclusive communication style with a wide network:
    • Senior leadership team
    • C-suite executives

6. Commercial Intelligence & Competitor Benchmarking:

  • Continuously research market trends.
  • Brand benchmarks to inform strategic differentiation.

7. Member Obsession:

  • Master key motivations driving member adoption and adaptation.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Data-Driven Initiatives

  • Craft detailed revenue forecasts and ownership reports.
  • Analyse key transactional trends using 1st/3rd party data sources.
  • Benchmark gaps between supplier performance & outcome metrics.

Strategy Implementation

  • Partner with technology, marketing, and administration teams to close critical gaps in measurement.

Campaign Development

  • Oversight of ‘always-on’ campaigns across channels, ensuring downstream activation.

New Product Roadmap

  • Shape positioning & prioritise backlog adjustments with the Product & Business Intelligence team.
  • Manage end-to-end new product launches, from strategy to realisation.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaison between commercial, finance, product managers, or operations teams.

Requirements

Core Credentials:

  • Strong commercial acumen: demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and partnering with Finance to analyse performance.

  • Hero’s cap: ability to set and track KPIs against clear revenue goals.

  • 7+ years of experience across campaign management:

    Critical experience preferred: Account-based sales, subscription business models, fintech revenue/profit-leverage models.
