Shape the Future of Creativity at Hallmark Europe

At Hallmark, we create products and experiences that help people care and connect. We're looking for an inspiring Head of Creative to lead our European creative vision and drive innovation across a diverse portfolio of products, brands, and customer partnerships.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a talented, multi-disciplinary creative organisation, working with some of Europe's best-known retailers and brands, while influencing how millions of consumers experience our products every day.

Why Join Hallmark?

  • You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative European Studio made up of talented creatives. Together, we bring ideas to life across multiple categories, channels, and consumer touchpoints.
  • We proudly partner with leading retailers and household-name brands across Europe, developing creative solutions that delight customers, build emotional connections, and deliver commercial success.
  • Just as importantly, Hallmark is a company built on care. Our culture is supportive, inclusive, and people-first. We believe that great creativity thrives when people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.

The Opportunity

As Head of Creative, you will define and deliver the creative vision that drives our European product and customer propositions. You'll combine consumer insight, trend forecasting, creative leadership, and commercial thinking to develop innovative products and compelling brand experiences across both physical and digital environments.

Leading a team of creative leaders and specialists, you'll inspire exceptional creative output while shaping strategy, building capability, and forging strong partnerships across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
