At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.

At egg, we care about each other as much as we care about our clients and our business. We're collaborative, curious and straightforward. We help each other out when things get busy, we challenge each other to think differently, and we don't leave problems for someone else to solve.

No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.

Which brings us to you

You’re someone who stays calm when things get messy, thinks clearly when priorities shift, and takes ownership without needing everything perfectly mapped out (because it rarely is).

You care about outcomes, quality and continuous improvement. You’re also curious about smarter ways of working including AI, automation and better tools that make work less painful and more powerful.

Most importantly, you get things done. Properly. No half-cracked eggs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape and elevate our creative experience output alongside the Chief Event Experience Officer and your team
  • Inspire, guide and grow the creative team, driving both excellence in craft and the conceptual direction of major opportunities
  • Act as a senior client-facing representative of Egg’s creative vision, building strong relationships and demonstrating charisma and expertise
  • Align creative departments and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, impactful, winning and innovative ideas
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring they are equipped with the appropriate software and tools
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to bridge gaps between the creative process, production and project management
  • Define and uphold design and brand guidelines that align creative excellence with egg business goals and client needs
  • Ensure every proposal reflects a recognisable and ownable Egg creative identity
  • Take responsibility of the profitability of the department and the processes needed to ensure it
  • Expand and strengthen our global creative ecosystem of freelancers and specialist partners as an extension of the team
  • Help consistently increase our RFP winning rate
  • Translate complex ideas into visual executions that bring clarity and excitement to clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
