Central London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH, with flexibility)
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Creative to join a dynamic and growing fashion brand. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the creative vision that will define the next chapter of the brand's evolution.
We're looking for a highly creative, culturally connected leader who understands how to build compelling brand worlds, create work that resonates with modern consumers, and inspire teams to produce their very best work. This is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on the future direction of an ambitious fashion brand, leading creative strategy across campaigns, content, design, photography, editorial and brand storytelling.
Importantly, we welcome applications from both client-side brand leaders and agency creative talent. You may currently be a Creative Director within a leading advertising, creative or integrated agency and be looking to make the move client-side, or you may already be leading creative within a consumer, fashion or lifestyle brand. Either background could be a great fit. What matters most is your ability to combine outstanding creative vision with strong leadership, commercial awareness and a deep understanding of culture and consumer behaviour.
If you're passionate about fashion, youth culture, creativity and building high-performing teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a brand's creative future.
The Opportunity
As Head of Creative, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a forward-thinking creative vision that keeps the brand culturally relevant, commercially successful and visually distinctive.
- Oversee and manage the in-house creative function while collaborating closely with external agencies and creative partners to ensure a consistent and cohesive creative approach across all channels and touchpoints.
- Bring a sophisticated understanding of youth culture, emerging trends, social behaviours and the evolving media landscape, helping the brand stay ahead of the curve and create work that consumers genuinely connect with.
- Lead the development of multi-platform campaigns, editorial content, photography, video and design assets, overseeing projects from concept through to final execution across the UK and ROI markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
