Head of Creative Services

Mode Search are partnering with a globally recognised luxury fashion brand in their search for a Head of Creative Services to join their London Head Office.

This is a newly created leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and establish the creative services function within a fast-paced international business. Reporting to the VP of Brand Image, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of global campaigns, ensuring creative excellence is matched by best-in-class project management, production, and cross-functional collaboration.

Working closely with Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, Digital, and regional teams, this role requires a highly organised and commercially minded leader who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, drive operational efficiencies, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of global creative campaigns. The role will manage one direct report.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end creative services function across global campaigns, product launches, and brand content initiatives
  • Own the creative workflow, implementing processes, governance, and production timelines to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage campaign delivery from concept through to launch across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Establish production calendars aligned to seasonal launches and commercial priorities
  • Develop reporting frameworks and workflow tools to improve visibility, collaboration, and accountability
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign production including pre-production, shoot management, post-production, asset delivery, localisation, and content adaptation
  • Manage production budgets, supplier negotiations, and external creative partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, Digital, Retail, CRM, PR, VM, and regional teams to ensure integrated 360° campaign execution
  • Build strong relationships across the business, acting as the central point of coordination between creative and commercial functions
  • Develop scalable operational frameworks to support future business growth and evolving creative requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Creative Services function, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading Creative Services, Creative Operations, or Production within an in-house luxury or premium brand
  • Previous agency experience is welcomed, however candidates must also have in-house experience
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel global campaigns
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to influence senior leadership while maintaining a warm, collaborative, and diplomatic approach
  • Experience managing production budgets, external agencies, photographers, and creative partners
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance creative ambition with operational delivery
  • Experience implementing processes, governance, and workflow improvements within creative teams
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills
