If you're a creative leader who loves using data, customer insight, and performance marketing to build campaigns that genuinely drive growth, this could be one of the most exciting opportunities on the market.

I'm partnering with a rapidly scaling D2C consumer brand that has grown from acquisition to a nine-figure business in under two years. Backed by a highly successful consumer group, they've built an exceptional leadership team and are now investing in a senior Creative Strategy hire to help shape the next phase of growth.

This isn't a traditional Creative Director role.

You'll lead a team of experienced Creative Managers and Designers, translating commercial performance, customer insight, and growth objectives into creative strategies that improve acquisition across paid social. You'll work closely with Media, Growth, and Brand teams to identify what creative is working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities lie.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
