Head of Creative

Our client, a high-growth D2C wellness brand, is hiring a Head of Creative to lead and elevate its creative output across all channels. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping a distinctive, performance-driven brand - balancing creative excellence with commercial results across DTC and retail.

What You’ll Do

  • Own creative direction and brand expression

    • Define and lead the creative vision across all touchpoints, from campaigns and content to ecommerce and packaging
    • Act as the guardian of visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness
    • Bring the brand platform to life in a way that is culturally relevant and resonates with the target audience
  • Drive creative performance and growth

    • Develop high-impact creative concepts across the full funnel - from awareness through to conversion and retention
    • Improve the effectiveness of creative across paid, owned and retail channels
    • Balance quality with speed, volume and iteration to support performance marketing

  • Lead creative execution end to end

    • Oversee delivery from concept through to execution across all formats
    • Direct art, copy, photography and video to maintain a high creative standard
    • Ensure all outputs - including founder and influencer content - align with brand guidelines
  • Build and scale the creative function

    • Lead, mentor and develop the in-house creative team
    • Set clear direction, priorities and ways of working
    • Manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality output at scale
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    • Partner closely with brand, performance, ecommerce and CRM teams
    • Support product, packaging, and retail creative to drive commercial outcomes
    • Create a more integrated approach between brand and performance

Who You Are

  • A proven creative leader with experience in D2C or high-growth consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand-building and performance-driven work
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how creative drives results
  • Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on
  • Experienced in leading and developing high-performing creative teams
  • Deep understanding of digital, social and content ecosystems
  • Culturally aware, with a strong instinct for trends and audience behaviour
