We’re building the best media company in the world by 2031. That isn’t aspirational, 12 years of building has put us where almost no one in this industry stands: a globally recognised audience of ~170M and a positive content engine that works at scale.
We’re looking for a Head of Creator Content to join Pubity Group as we push into the next phase of growth.
You’ll raise the quality of our creator content, build co-owned shows, series and IP and embed creators across the wider business.
What you'll own
- Creator content quality - Own the standard and the continuous improvement of our creator content line.
- Creator content development - Source, structure and build co-owned shows, series and IP with creators, revenue-share, Goalhanger-style economics. Scale creator IP across our existing output.
- Cross-business creator integration - Drive creator emphasis across shows, series and the commercial team and help our brands become more creator-focused.
- Syndication sales support - Join major creator syndication conversations and new-platform pitches (e.g. Spotify, Apple) as the content / technical expert.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
