THE COMPANY

With a strong emphasis on data and technology, the company is investing heavily in its credit and commercial capabilities to support ongoing product expansion and growth across multiple markets.
THE ROLE
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving credit and commercial strategy across a suite of lending products. You will act as a key link between central strategy and product-led business units, ensuring that commercial objectives are translated into effective credit decisioning and pricing strategies.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:
- Owning credit and commercial strategy across a portfolio of lending products, balancing growth, risk, and profitability
- Leading first-principles analysis on credit policy, pricing, and product performance
- Developing and pitching new commercial initiatives to senior stakeholders
- Conducting hands-on analysis using data tools to generate insight and inform decisions
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, risk, and commercial teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in credit risk and commercial strategy within a lending environment
- Recent experience managing yield, approval rates, and commercial tradeoffs in a lending context
- Solid understanding of credit pricing, unit economics, and portfolio performance drivers
- Ability to analyse data in depth using tools such as SQL and Python
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional or matrix environments
