Job Description
As Head of CRM at Chip Financial Ltd, you will transform lifecycle marketing into a core profit center. Leading a team of five, you'll own the Braze platform and the economics of activation, retention, and cross-sell. You will build an AI-native function using LLMs to drive wealth management growth and cohort LTV.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, build backlog, and operational rhythm for a team of five specialists using the Braze platform.
- Build an AI-native CRM function using Claude for high-velocity personalization, content intelligence, and sophisticated customer journeys ahead of the market.
- Partner with Finance and Compliance to optimize activation and cross-sell triggers aligned with cohort economics and FCA Consumer Duty standards.
The ideal candidate
- Proven leader of a CRM or lifecycle function with deep, hands-on Braze expertise spanning strategy, technical build, and data operations.
- Numerate expert comfortable with cohort retention, contribution margin, and payback economics in a high-growth, regulated wealth management context.
- Serious experience implementing AI and LLMs in production for personalization and analysis within a fast-paced startup or fintech environment.
