Head of Customer Growth & Loyalty

As Head of Customer Growth & Loyalty, you will lead the strategy and delivery of digital growth, CRM, and loyalty performance across Greene King, driving revenue, customer engagement, and long-term value. You’ll work at the heart of the Customer Growth function, shaping how we connect with our guests across every digital touchpoint.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

As Head of Customer Growth & Loyalty, you will:

  • Lead digital trading performance across web, app, CRM, and booking channels to drive revenue and conversion.
  • Define and deliver CRM and customer lifecycle strategies to maximise engagement and lifetime value.
  • Own the loyalty and app strategy, fostering member growth, frequency, and overall customer value.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimise performance and personalisation.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams spanning digital trading, CRM, loyalty, and analytics to achieve growth targets.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for:

  • Senior leadership experience in digital growth, CRM, loyalty, or eCommerce, within a complex enterprise.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • A deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty strategies, and digital optimisation.
  • An analytical mindset, coupled with experience using data, insights, and AI to inform decision-making.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate effectively at senior and executive levels.
