Head of CRM (Interim)
Start ASAP, 3 months +
Location: London | Hybrid (2 days per week)
We're working with a private equity-backed international entertainment business that is entering one of the most exciting transformation programmes in its history. As the organisation centralises its digital capabilities across multiple international markets, this newly created interim opportunity offers the chance to build a CRM function from the ground up. The Head of CRM will lead the development and implementation of a centralised CRM capability across multiple European markets, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. Reporting directly into senior commercial leadership, you'll establish the technical foundations, shape customer engagement strategy and create scalable CRM processes that support continued international growth.
Role Highlights
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Braze across multiple international markets.
- Design and deliver a centralised CRM operating model from the ground up.
- Build robust customer data, tracking and automation capabilities.
- Partner closely with Technology, Data and Commercial teams to deliver measurable customer engagement.
- Assess existing CRM capability and help shape the long-term team structure.

You Will Need
- Proven experience leading CRM transformation programmes within fast-paced, private equity-backed or high-growth businesses.
- Hands-on expertise implementing and managing Braze, including automation, integrations and customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of customer data architecture, tracking, segmentation and marketing technology.
- Demonstrable experience delivering cross-functional projects with Technology and Data teams.
- International business experience is highly desirable, with exposure to live events, ticketing or additional European languages (Spanish, Dutch or German) considered advantageous.
