Camino Search is currently partnering with a FinTech platform, backed by a mid-market private equity fund, hiring for a Head of Support.
Role:
This is a newly created role to build and transform a centralised customer support function to reduce cost-to-serve, improve customer experience, and better inform the product development teams.
This individual will own the service platform and engagement channels to make customer support a growth and retention lever, while also pushing a digital-first approach and driving AI adoption as part of the wider company AI transformation journey.

Pay:
£100,000 - £130,000 salary plus c.10% bonus, based in London working hybrid 2-3 days per week in office with some travel required to other office locations.
Required Experience:
Proven track record leading customer support at scale across multiple products or business lines. Experience building and transforming a customer support function, not only managing. Ability to lead digital transformation and AI enablement. Highly commercial focus, prioritising cost-to-serve and customer value, not just ticket counts. Background in software, FinTech, or payments would be highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management to collaborate with multiple functions and senior stakeholders in the wider executive team.
