📍 London | Hybrid (2 days per week) 💰 £72,000 - £80,000 📄 18-Month Fixed Term Contract (Potential to go perm)
This is an opportunity to join a leading UK charity at the beginning of a significant transformation programme. Reporting directly to the Director of Transformation, you'll take ownership of the organisation's data capability, helping move it from a fragmented landscape to one that's trusted, well-governed and genuinely drives better decision-making.
Rather than inheriting a mature function, you'll be building the foundations. The organisation is looking for someone who has been on this journey before; someone who can establish governance, improve data quality, shape data architecture and create the processes that enable data to become a strategic asset across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make a lasting impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
