Head of Data & AI Practice Lead
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data & AI Practice Lead to define, build, and scale a high-performing Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI consulting practice. This senior leadership role combines practice strategy, client advisory, business development, solution leadership, delivery excellence, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Data & AI practice strategy, roadmap, service offerings, and growth plans.
- Own practice revenue, profitability, GTM strategy, partnerships, and commercial growth.
- Build trusted C-level client relationships and lead enterprise Data & AI transformation engagements.
- Drive solutions across Data Strategy, Governance, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, Responsible AI, and AI adoption.
- Lead proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and strategic client conversations.
- Establish delivery frameworks, governance models, quality standards, and best practices.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of architects, consultants, data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
- Drive thought leadership, innovation, market presence, and strategic technology partnerships.

Required Experience:
- 15+ years’ experience across Data, Analytics, AI, or Technology Consulting.
- 7+ years leading consulting practices, business units, or large-scale transformation teams.
- Proven experience owning multimillion-pound portfolios, revenue targets, and P&L.
- Strong background in enterprise Data & AI strategy, architecture, and delivery.
- Experience with Cloud Data Platforms, AI solutions, GenAI, LLMs, MLOps/LLMOps, and Responsible AI.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, business development, and leadership capability.

Technology Exposure:
- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Platforms, Power BI, Tableau, AI Platforms, LLMs, GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, and modern Data Engineering technologies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Master’s/MBA preferred.
