Head of Data Insights
London | Hybrid (2 days per week)
£110,000 – £130,000 per annum
La Fosse have partnered with a leading asset management organisation is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Data Insights to shape the future of enterprise BI and analytics. This is a high-impact role focused on transforming how the business uses data moving beyond traditional reporting toward AI-enabled, insight-driven decision making.
Working across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and People functions, you will define and drive the BI strategy, enabling smarter, faster, and more actionable insights across the organisation. This is not a people management role. The focus is on strategy, innovation, stakeholder engagement, and building a modern insights capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the enterprise BI and Data Insights strategy
- Drive the move toward AI-powered and conversational analytics
- Develop semantic layer and metadata frameworks
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams
- Champion data governance, quality, and self-service analytics
- Optimise BI platforms including Power BI, Databricks, and Tableau
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-led decision making

About You
- Strong experience leading BI or analytics strategy within a complex environment
- Expertise in Power BI, Databricks, and modern BI technologies
- Knowledge of semantic modelling, metadata management, and AI-driven insights
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience within asset management or financial services is advantageous
