Are you looking to grow your career in data and analytics? Want to work for a company named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work? AEG Presents is looking for a Head of Data to join our CRM & Digital team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys building data platforms as well as working across analytics. This role is focused on building and developing the data warehouse, rather than managing an established team, with scope to build and grow a team over time.
This role sits at the centre of how data flows across the business. You'll shape how our data is structured, connected, and used — from core databases through to reporting, insights, and the products that support marketing, ticketing, and talent buying.
Responsibilities
Building and shaping our data environment
- Developing and expanding our data warehouse, working closely with engineering to improve how data is structured, stored, and accessed.
- Supporting ETL processes to bring together data from multiple sources and ensure it is reliable and ready for use.
Connecting data across systems and products
- Working across teams to ensure our databases integrate effectively with reporting tools and business platforms.
- Supporting how data is used across marketing, ticketing, and wider product areas to enable better decision-making.
Turning data into insight
- Creating dashboards and reporting that translate data into clear, useful insights.
- Helping stakeholders understand and use data to support planning, performance, and growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
