Working Pattern: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Salary: GBP51,356 : GBP54,495

The Opportunity

We are delighted to be partnering with a successful and community-focused primary education federation in Leeds to find an inspiring Head of Daycare. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Early Years leader to step into a strategic, operational role where you can truly shape the early years journey. Working in close collaboration with the Head of EYFS, you will ensure a seamless, high-quality, and inclusive transition for children from daycare through to preschool and school life. A September start is highly desirable for this position, allowing you to lead your team right from the start of the new academic year.

About The Setting

The provision is situated within a vibrant residential area of Leeds, operating out of well-maintained facilities designed to provide a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for young children. As part of an established federation, the setting benefits from collaborative professional development and shared expertise. Staff are expected to be adaptable and open to working across the federations sites if required, fostering a strongly aligned early years community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
